45 minutes with grass and striders. I always love grass runs so this felt pretty great today. Some pain in knee but not to bad, probably just need to warm it up a bit better before runs. Was feeling a lot of tiredness in my legs from yesterday's run and mentally struggled getting through about the last 10 minutes of today's workout. Overall though it was great and except for how miserably hot it was I had a really enjoyable run. Today was 9/10
