70 minutes long run today with 1 minute pickups. I felt really strong today and stayed right with the level 3s until I flipped. The run back was painful but not horrible. The worst part was running past the golf course cause it always smells way bad. Zero pain in injured knee but a bit of soreness in my right knee. I think I broke a toe or something last week on our grass run cause it's been pretty swollen and tender since then. PT should be over soon which is good cause it suuuuucks. I feel like I'm finally starting to get back into the flow of distance running again which is awesome. I can't wait to start racing again because I feel like I can really prove myself there even if I still struggle with level 3 workouts. Today was 9/10
