Overall good run. Started off with some tightness in hips and left quad but that went away a few minutes in. My feet were in pain most of the run due to blisters and sores caused by old shoes (hoping to get a new pair today). Was able to complete the level 3 time but got separated from the group when I had to throw up. It still feels like at this point I can't maintain their speed for the whole workout. I'm hoping to be able to stay with them the whole time once the season really gets going, but the biggest struggle is less my physical ability but more my mental. I'm still in a sprint workout mindset a lot and need to work on that. Overall today was 6/10

To help with that mental stuff, find a victory every day.
