Woke up with a ton of pain and stiffness in injured knee so I decided to play it safe and do a swim workout that targets the legs instead of running. Did 5x200m reps of freestyle, then another 3x100m reps of kick boarding, and finished with 2x50m reps of side kicks. Overall it felt like it worked my legs pretty good and didn't hurt my knee so hopefully I'm good to run tomorrow 🙏🏽 . Today was 8/10
