Today was kinda rough. Not like 400m repeat tough where you want to just quit running forever because of how absolutely sucky they are, it was the good kind of tough that really hurts but you know how much it’s gonna help you so it’s easier to find motivation. We ran up to the fire station and did a hill workout with full recovery in between reps. Me, Samson, and Diego probably pushed it a little too hard getting to the fire station and didn’t have as much energy as we could of for our hills but we still pushed ourselves way hard and Samson threw up on the third rep. We raced the group back to the school which was fun and ended being some good tempo. Starting to get knee pain again which is stressful but I’m continuing to ice and stretch a ton so hopefully I can prevent injury this year.
